Step 1 — Apply & Choose Your Puppy

• Submit your application and note which puppy you’re interested in.
• If the puppy is listed on our website, they are available — our site is updated daily.

Step 2 — Reserve Your Puppy

• Once we chat and you’re ready to move forward, be prepared to place your non-refundable deposit to officially reserve your puppy.
• A deposit must be placed before we schedule pick-up or transport, contract reviewed/signed, and sent back.
• Remaining balance is due at pick-up or before transport, depending on your plan.

🐶 Important Things to Know

• Puppy selections are made through photos, videos, and puppy flyers.
We do not offer “meet them all” appointments.

• If you want to meet one specific puppy, we offer a paid meet-and-greet (one puppy only).
This is only available for puppies 8 weeks and older.

• Transport is available if needed.
• Videos are always on our YouTube channel, and Lyric can get fresh videos for families who have submitted an application.

💡 Please Apply Only When Ready

Want to meet a puppy before fully committing?
We can schedule a meet-and-greet with one puppy for a $150 non-refundable appointment fee, paid at the time of scheduling.

Families must be prepared to take that puppy home during the appointment.
If you choose not to take the puppy, the fee is not applied toward the purchase, and a new scheduling fee will be required for a future pick-up.

This appointment does not place a hold on the puppy.
If another family is ready to secure the puppy with a deposit, you will be given the option to place your deposit as well or cancel your appointment.
