Step 1 — Apply & Select Your Puppy
• Submit your application and note which puppy you’re interested in.
• If a puppy is listed on our website, they are available. Our site is updated daily.
Step 2 — Reserve Your Puppy
• Once we connect and you’re ready to move forward, be prepared to place your non-refundable deposit to secure that puppy.
• Deposits must be placed before a pick-up or transport date is scheduled.
• Remaining balances are due at pick-up or before transport, depending on your chosen option.

Important to Know
• Selections are made through photos, videos, and puppy flyers.
We do not schedule “come meet them all” visits.
• If you would like to meet one specific puppy in person, this requires a paid appointment and applies to one puppy only. If you are doing a paid meet and greet, appointment fee will only apply to the purchase price if puppy is taken home that day. Only available for 8 weeks and older.
• Transport can be arranged if needed.
• Puppy videos can be found on our YouTube channel, Lyric will get more for families submitting applications.

Want to meet a puppy before committing?
We’re happy to schedule a visit with one puppy for a $150 non-refundable appointment fee paid when scheduling. Families must be prepared to take their puppy home that appointment day, otherwise, the fee won’t apply toward the purchase, and an additional scheduling fee will be required for future pick-up. This does not hold a specific puppy, if someone else is ready to commit a full deposit we will give you the option to do the same, or cancel your appointment.
