At Wonderland’s Boujie Kennels (WBK), our puppies are raised with intention, structure, and care from day one. Reservation fee's are required to reserve a puppy, or a spot on upcoming litters and reflect a serious commitment to our program and placement process.
Please read this policy in full before placing a resveration.
✨ Why We Require Reservation Fee's
Once a puppy is marked Reserved, we:

Stop marketing that puppy

Turn away other qualified applicants

Invest additional time into training, socialization, grooming, and vetting specific to that puppy

Spend time updating you multiple times a week.
A reservationprotects our puppies from unnecessary transitions and ensures placements are intentional and prepared.
💳 How to Place a Reservation
Reservations are accepted only after application approval and confirmation of puppy availability.
We currently accept reservation deposits through the following payment methods:
• Zelle
• Cash App
• Venmo
• Card Invoice
⚠️ Important: Reservations sent without prior approval may be returned or forfeited.
💰 Reservation Amounts
Reservation fee's amounts vary depending on the puppy and placement type:

Companion / Pet Puppies: Typically $500

Breeding or Program Placements: Higher, program-specific deposits

Started or Trained Puppies: $1,500
All Reservations are applied toward the final purchase price.
🚨 Are Reservations Refundable?
No. All reservations are non-refundable.
Reservation fees secure your puppy and compensate for the time, care, and opportunities set aside on your behalf, including:

Time and communication invested with your family

Lost placement opportunities with other approved families

Holding, training, and continued daily care of your puppy
This policy applies regardless of circumstance, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
-
Family, housing, or financial changes
-
Allergies or lifestyle conflicts
-
Failure to complete pickup or arrange transport

Buyer-caused delays
Please place a reservation only when you are fully prepared and committed to moving forward with your puppy.
Payment Methods & Final Balance
• Remaining balances may be paid using the payment methods listed above.
• Cash is accepted at pickup for remaining balances on puppies that are ready to go home.
• Waiting list puppies/LITTERS: Remaining balances are due at 6 weeks of age following the puppy’s first veterinary visit, as outlined in the contract.
• Training Add-Ons: The puppy balance (due at 6 weeks) plus the first month of training must be paid before training begins. If applicable, monthly training payments will be invoiced thereafter.
Transport fees are separate and must be paid according to the transporter’s individual terms.
✨ Payment-in-Full Discounts
Families are welcome to inquire about payment-in-full discounts prior to the puppy reaching 6 weeks of age.
• Discounts of $500 may be available for training program add-ons when paid in full early, vs monthly (on puppies enrolled into training)
• Discount availability and amount may vary depending on the puppy, training level, and timing of payment.
• Discounts are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance.

Reservation Transfers & Future Litters
If you are unable to proceed with your reserved puppy:

Reservations may be transferred one (1) time only

Transfers may be applied toward:

Another available puppy, or
-
A future litter

Transfer terms:

Must be used within six (6) months of the original reservation date

Not available once a puppy is ready to go home
