Tentative transport dates are posted for available puppies based on age, training level, route planning, and Rae's availability. Families are given a seven (7) day window from puppy reserving to arrange their own pickup, personal transport, or on-site arrival.
If a family chooses to wait for Rachel to arrive on one of the scheduled transport dates beyond that window, the puppy owner is responsible for any applicable boarding or training fees beginning on day seven until Rachel’s arrival. Please inquire for customized prices and dates for a personalized trip differing from the schedule.
Example: If a puppy is reserved on April 1st and Rachel does not arrive until April 21st, charges would begin on day seven and continue until Rachel’s arrival. We recommend enrolling in a training program during this time; however, standard boarding with structured potty schedules is also available. Lyric still has to feed, clean and socialize this puppy until it leaves.
Reminder: Puppies are routinely seen by our veterinarian at 8, 12, and 16 weeks of age. If your puppy remains in a holding window without enrollment in a training program, any required veterinary visits—including travel health certificates—will be the responsibility of the puppy owner. Health certificates are $50 per visit and are required prior to transport.
Lyric and Rae work closely to replicate a familiar potty setup inside the transport vehicle, helping puppies transition smoothly and comfortably while traveling. Rae exclusively transports WBK puppies and is highly familiar with Lyric’s paperwork system, health documentation folders, daily routines, and the way each puppy is raised.
For safety reasons, puppies who are not yet fully vaccinated will only be taken out of their crate inside the vehicle using their designated potty boxes and will not be placed on public walks.
This is a door-to-door transport service, and Rae often drives straight through to minimize travel time. She typically departs from South Florida near our former location and conducts late-night pickups here at our location when needed to keep schedules efficient.
Lyric has safely sent puppies across the United States with Rae delivering directly to their new homes.
