Hi, I'm Lyric

WORK WITH ME

Here at Wonderland’s Boujie Kennels, we’re not just here to place puppies — we’re here to educate, guide, and support you every step of the way so that bringing home your new best friend is as smooth and exciting as it should be. From the very first message, you’ll have one-on-one communication with us, so all of your questions are answered and you feel confident in the process. To make things easy, we’ve created a clear step-by-step outline of what to expect — from applying, placing a deposit, and receiving weekly updates, all the way to online puppy selection, vet care, pick-up or transport, and lifetime support after your puppy goes home. Our goal is to make this journey stress-free, transparent, and full of joy as you welcome a Boujie pup into your family.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
At Wonderland’s Boujie Kennels, you can count on clear communication and individualized support directly from Lyric herself throughout the entire process. Every one of our puppies comes from OFA-certified, health-tested parents who are also Embark DNA tested to ensure they’re free of genetic diseases. We proudly back our program with a lifetime genetic health guarantee, giving families peace of mind that their puppy’s health and future have been carefully protected. When your puppy is ready to go home, you’ll receive current vet records in hand, along with a happy, well-socialized, and healthy baby who’s been raised with love. And don’t just take our word for it — our growing collection of Google reviews from delighted families speaks for itself. Beyond go-home day, we’ll continue to be here with follow-up support whenever it’s needed, because once you’re part of the Boujie family, you’re always part of the Boujie family.
HOW IT WORKS
-
Explore & Decide – Review our website, FAQ, pricing, and social media. Get familiar with our process and decide if we’re the right breeder for you.
-
Choose or Waitlist – See a puppy available you love? Check their details, photos, and videos to see if they’re your perfect match. Looking ahead instead? You can get on a waitlist for one of our upcoming litters.
-
Future Litters – Lyric posts info on the Sheepadoodle and Bernedoodle pages so you can see timelines, availability, and details before committing.
-
Apply & Connect – Submit your application, then Lyric will be in touch to go over any questions and make sure you’re confident moving forward.
-
Deposit & Reservation – Next step is your deposit to reserve your puppy. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable. Puppies are selected by pictures and videos only, and families are welcome onsite at pick-up day only.
-
Selection Process – If reserving a puppy ready to go, your deposit secures your pick-up appointment and holds that puppy for you, which was chosen via pictures and video. If reserving a younger puppy (under 8 weeks), please be comfortable knowing your selection is made from pictures and videos, with your first in-person meeting at pick-up day.
-
Updates While You Wait – Once your puppy is reserved, you’ll receive weekly updates plus little snapshots throughout the week so you can follow along as they grow.
-
Pick-Up & Transport – If a puppy is ready to go, families have 7 days to arrange transport or pick-up without boarding fees. Transport is available through our trusted friend who exclusively delivers for us, ranging $500–$2,000 depending on location.
-
Contracts & Go-Home Folder – Families sign a clear contract before pick-up. On go-home day, you’ll receive a comprehensive folder with vet records from multiple visits, insurance details which needs activated the day before pickup, microchip info, 5ibs bag of Brothers dog food along with a coupon, leash and collar, chew toy, and everything you need for a smooth transition.

WBK Puppy Contract Example - will be tailored to specific puppy before go home.
Availability
We are a small-scale kennel, which means our puppies can find homes quickly — but sometimes you’ll also see that we have a few special puppies still waiting. Just because a puppy hasn’t been chosen yet doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with them. Often, it’s simply life’s timing as they patiently wait for the right family. In fact, many families discover that our older puppies have even more to offer — they often come with baseline training, extra vet care, and advanced socialization already under their belt. These pups typically dive right into family life with an easier transition, perfect for those who want to skip the “baby puppy” phase and bring home a companion who’s ready to go.
Common FAQ for pick up.
1. Why are puppies chosen by photo and video?
To keep everything organized and stress-free, families choose their puppy through photos and videos. I’m the only person preparing each puppy for go-home day — including baths, contracts, microchip activation, and insurance registration — so this process ensures everything is fully in order before pickup.
2. How long should we expect to be there on pickup day?
You’re welcome to stay as long as you’d like, but we do try not to exceed 2 hours, but most visits last around 30 minutes to an hour. During this time, we’ll go over your puppy folder together (you’ll also receive a video beforehand), review any important details, and answer any last-minute questions.

3. When does the puppy need to go to the vet?
Your purchase contract requires a vet visit within 72 hours of pickup. This confirms that your puppy is healthy at the time of going home. During that appointment, be sure to discuss flea/tick prevention and heartworm protection with your veterinarian.

4. Can we come inside your home?
We do not allow visitors inside our home — it’s our family’s personal space. Opening our property for puppy pickups is already a big deal for us because of previous attempted puppy robberies, so please ensure everyone (especially little ones!) has used the restroom before arriving. Thank you for understanding and respecting our boundaries.
5. Why is a deposit required before pickup day?
Deposits confirm your appointment and secure your puppy. This allows time for us to freshly bathe and blow-dry your puppy, prepare your paperwork and folder, and ensure everything is personalized and ready for your family. It’s also your formal commitment that this puppy is reserved just for you.

6. What if we’d like to visit two puppies before deciding?
Unfortunately, families must narrow down to one specific puppy before scheduling a pickup appointment. All documents, contracts, microchip registration, and insurance must be completed and activated before pickup time. This helps keep everything organized, ensures a smooth go-home process, and maintains a calm, structured environment for the puppies and myself.
