1. Private Ground Transport (Most Popular for Larger Puppies & Long Distance)

We work exclusively with a trusted personal friend who handles all of our ground transport needs. She knows our dogs inside and out, communicates clearly, and keeps families updated throughout the entire trip.

• Ideal for: Oversized puppies and dogs too large for flight nanny travel

• Price range: $600–$3,000, depending on distance and location

• Delivery timeframe: 1–3 days, depending on mileage

• Private, hands-on care—your puppy never leaves her side

• Direct communication so you can ask questions and receive updates

• Safest option for big breeds or puppies traveling long distances

Ground transport is the most comfortable option for larger breeds and offers a predictable, gentle travel experience. 2. Flight Nanny Transport (For Puppies Under ~20 lbs)

Flight nanny services are perfect for small breed puppies or younger puppies who meet airline weight guidelines. Your puppy flies in-cabin with a dedicated nanny and is handed directly to you upon arrival.

3. American Airlines Pet Embark (Air Cargo Option – Seasonal)

For puppies too large for in-cabin flight nanny travel, air cargo through American Airlines Pet Embark is a safe, climate-controlled option—especially in the cooler months.

• Families are responsible for:

  • Airline-approved crate

  • Flight cost

  • Health certificate & pre-flight exam (required within a few days of travel)

• Pickup at your nearest airport’s cargo office or designated animal services area

• We provide full instructions and coordinate the booking with you

This option is fast, affordable for longer distances, and airline-regulated for safety. We only recommend it during cooler months due to summer heat restrictions.

4. Local Pickup (Always Welcome!)

Families are always encouraged and welcome to fly in or drive in to pick up their puppy in person. We can meet you at our local airport for convenient same-day pickup, or you’re welcome to visit our home for an in-person handoff.
