💸 Deposits, Payments & Pick-Up Reminders 💸

When reserving a puppy, a $500 deposit is required — this goes toward your remaining balance. Even if we’ve arranged a quick pick-up (like the next day), no one visits or picks up without a deposit in place. That’s your commitment, it secures your puppy, and allows access to coming to my personal home.

🗓 For puppies on the waiting list: Final balances are due by 7 weeks of age via Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle. If payment isn’t received by 7.3 weeks, we’ll assume you’ll be paying cash only at pick-up and we’ll send a heads-up reminder so there’s no confusion.

🐾 Pick-Up Day Payments = Cash Only (no exceptions).

As your breeder, I’m juggling vet appointments, microchip activation, insurance folders, care schedules, and go-home prep, we stay on top of everything for you, so all we ask is that you hold up your end with timely payments and clear communication.

🚨 As puppies approach their go-home dates, I’m making this crystal clear up front. It’s also listed in our FAQ, but this is your friendly reminder.

📸 If you’re browsing and unsure if a pup’s photo is up to date — shoot me a message! I’ll either send you a quick video or get you fresh content within an hour or two, time permitting.

📋 For families with reserved pups — we’ll reach out the day before pick-up to make sure your puppy’s microchip is activated and 30 days of FREE health insurance is set up. These two things must be done before your puppy leaves our home. It’s for their safety and yours, microchips help in case of loss or theft, and that insurance? It’s got your back in case of an accident on the drive home.

💳 Paying by Card or Online? Read This First!

If your puppy is ready to go now and you’d prefer to pay online or by card (Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, etc.), your balance must be paid in full and pick-up will be scheduled 5 days later.

Why? Because unfortunately, we’ve had a few families attempt scams, show up with payment issues, or get downright ugly last minute. This 5-day buffer protects everyone — including you — and gives time for any transaction hiccups to clear before pickup.

🚫 If you’re doing a last-minute pickup, it’s cash only. No exceptions.
